  2. Take care of the filling: wash the cherries, remove the bones. If it is frozen, defrosting is required.
  3. Prepare a tender sour cream, which will resemble a cream. It's simple: Combine sour cream with egg, flour, sugar, zest. Stir everything gently, but do not whisk so that the mass does not become too liquid.
  4. Prepare a form, grease. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a layer and put it into a mold, spreading it along the bottom and filling out fairly high sides.
