German Dinner Idea Potato Hack Pan Recipe
Tip: Pre-cooked potatoes save you time.
Preparation:
Step 1Peel potatoes, wash, cut into slices. Heat clarified butter in a large pan, fry the potatoes in a medium heat while stirring for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile clean mushrooms, quarter. Add to the potatoes, fry for 5 minutes. Salt, pepper and take out the potato mix.

1 .5 KG potatoes
2 tbsp clarified butter
500 g mushrooms

100 g Bacon (Bacon)
300 g Minced meat (mixed)

200 g whipped cream
1 Bd.Parsley
Step 2:
Cut the bacon into strips, fry in the frying pan. Add hack, roast crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour cream simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the potato mix, stir well and heat.
