Baked pasta with goat cheese
Baked pasta is one of the most popular dishes in Italian and American cuisine. In a classic pasta, it is hard to disappoint you about the flavor of vegetarian pasta cooked with goat cheese baked with ingredients such as tomato sauce and melted cheese.
This dish has a good taste and texture as it is removed from the oven. Materials
- 3.5 cup brown pasta, boiled,
- 1.5 cups of spinach,
- Half a glass of dried cauliflower
- 1 piece of medium size pumpkin, chopped,
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced,
- half a teaspoon of garlic powder,
- Half a teaspoon of sea salt,
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- Crumbled goat cheese, half a cup
- 2-3 cups of tomato sauce,
- 115 g top mozzarella,
- ¼ cup lettuce, chopped,
- Fresh basil leaves
How to;
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees to a rectangular and greased oven cup. Take the boiled macaroni.
Add spinach, cauliflower, pumpkin, sliced cherry tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese and spices on top.
Add the tomato sauce and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and basil leaves and pour into the oven.
Bake the pasta in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Before serving, allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve with fresh, chopped basil.
